Job Description:

Predominately PC environment with the exception of some Mac OS users

Minimum High School graduate, college preferred

Well organized and able to handle multiple tasks

Self-motivated individual with an optimistic attitude

Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Great communication skills

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Strong troubleshooting and support skills

Understanding of LAN/WAN

Understanding of network topologies and layers
-
Exposure to firewalls, switches, wireless networks group policies and rules

Knowledge of firewalls and switches
-
Knowledge of Virtual Office setup
-
Willing to grow within IT, learn, and gain new skills
-
Tier 1 support
-
Configure employee PC, Mac OS, laptops
-
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
-
Repair simple network connectivity issues
-
Provide user feedback on how to effectively and efficiently take appropriate action
-
Manage passwords and account permissions
-
Desktop, printer, and network troubleshooting
-
New hire setups
-
Knowledge of audio and video equipment/ setup is a plus
-
Other duties may be assigned or may be modified as business needs dictate
