As the Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for market analysis activities that drive product requirements and deliver innovative product solutions to delight our end users. You will lead product launch activities and ongoing market-facing support, predominately working in a fast-paced agile environment. You will combine business and product technology knowledge to ensure the development and execution of the product.
- Drives the product execution and roadmap including feature offerings, product integrations, module interoperability, data analytics and reporting across Wurk's HCM applications.

Serves as a key client facing contact for Wurk's product functionality and evangelism. Proactively interacts with clients and partners across products. Aggregates and synthesizes client and partner feedback for future development or corrective action as appropriate.

Works across functional areas including sales, organizational readiness, service, and implementation to drive adoption and usage at feature level.
- Create plans that have clear, measurable success criteria. Regularly review metrics and qualitative data to ensure program is meeting business
Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent in education and experience.

7+ years of experience in a product management or related role within the Human Capital Management industry.

Payroll and ACH Knowledge
- Solid understanding of compliance and underwriting.

Experience with Kronos Workforce Ready is a plus.

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required, including representing Wurk externally to our clients and the market.

Ability to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally.

Creative yet analytical - uses data to support and drive recommendations.
- Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary.

Strong understanding of the entire technology stack needed to deliver technology solutions.

Must be a strong collaborator, team player as well as leader. Mentor to junior and senior product managers.
