PLEASE APPLY AT * https://app.beapplied.com/apply/bezmtnpuly* * You will: - Be responsible for the company's Solution Architecture (including any IT vendors or managed service providers), System Administration, Data GRC, and Tech-based Customer Service (for leadership and frontline employees) functions. - Create a budget from scratch for all IT systems, barring a few known line items (e.g. our RFID equipment vendor) - Collaborate with our Head of Security to develop remote-access security infrastructure and and SOP's. - Collaborate with our Chief Process Officer to ensure our internal, custom operations software integrates with our IT infrastructure in a compliant manner - Collaborate with our Chief Process Officer on departmental talent strategy, workforce planning, training, onboarding, and learning & development - Ensure effective network segmentation of facility hardware - Design and administer all Mobile Device Management SOP's - Administer new hire orientation to technologies via SOP's and subsequent customer service as needed - Manage your own performance and any alterations to your schedule - Manage your own learning & professional development in a growing startup About You - You see yourself as an IT generalist, comfortable wearing many hats and thriving in an environment of high autonomy and high responsibility - You enjoy cool humans (we don't hire the other kind) and collaboration with said humans, even if you also see humans generally as malfunctioning robots - You appreciate and live our values of curiosity, ownership, learning, and integrity, and tend to grow into a better version of yourself as you age - You are good to great at documentation - You are proficient as a Google Business Admin (we're agnostic to virtually all other technology)
