Harvest Associate's are vital to the efficient breakdown/processing of plants and the operation/maintenance of all harvesting equipment. Successful candidates will have previous experience working in an active and fast-paced environment. - Break down and remove fan leaves from plants. - Compliantly weigh and record plant and waste weights. - Organize harvest by strain, license and batch ID. - Operate and maintain fleet of harvesting equipment. - Ensure work space and all equipment are clean and sanitized before each harvest. - Other duties as assigned. - Must already possess, or be able to qualify to receive, a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) badge and be 21 years of age or older. - Reliable transportation. - Positive attitude and desire to learn. - Previous harvesting or cannabis experience - Standing for extended periods of time. - Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes. - Ability to lift and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
