Dutchie is looking for motivated, organized, and detail-oriented candidates to join our Hardware Operations team at our headquarters in Bend, Oregon. Our team ensures that new customers have everything they need to fulfill online orders ahead of their first day on our platform, which includes a variety of hardware products and promotional materials. As a Hardware Operations Associate, you will be responsible for preparing, testing, and shipping Dutchie's order terminal to new and existing customers. You'll be an integral part of making sure new customers are ready to launch and keeping existing customers happy with dutchie's services.
This full-time, hourly role is based out of our headquarters in Northwest Crossing and is not able to be worked remotely. We have an immediate opening with a start date of 3/29/21. This job has a physical component that requires

- Prepare & assemble hardware products for new existing customers.
- Ensure all hardware orders are fulfilled and completed in a timely manner.
- Follow all hardware and shipping processes and communicate obstacles as they arise.
- Verify all hardware products pass quality standards prior to sending them to customers.
- Facilitate returns and refurbish hardware products as needed.
- Maintain an organized workspace, recycling packaging materials and emptying trash as needed.
- Organized and process-oriented
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Comfortable using a variety of web-based software
- Previous work experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is a plus
