Greet guests as they enter; check their ID and log them into the POS system. Answer any initial questions they may have

Provide meticulous attention to tasks required by California cannabis regulations. Small mistakes are costly in cannabis.

Answer the main phone line and direct callers to the right extension.

Learn and maintain knowledge about the products we carry.

Use excellent professional interpersonal skills while interacting with guests

Having nerves of steel ad the ability to think on your feet, as you might be the first person who must respond and decide what to do

Familiarizing yourself with Aeon Botanika’s file-sharing systems and software will be required
-
Follow our COVID safety protocols to keep guests and team members safe until this challenge is behind us.

Must be at least 21+
-
High School diploma; any additional certifications will be considered a plus.

Multi-tasking capabilities is a must. Being able to pivot from one priority to the next is required without getting overwhelmed or frustrated

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on Aeon Botanika’s success

Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word), Slack

Technological skills are a must,Multi Line phones and hands-on experience with office machines (scanner, printer etc.)

Customer service skills and customer-oriented mindset

Highly organized

Multitasking and good time management skills

2 years of experience as Front Desk Representative or similar role in cannabis a plus
