Job Description:

Position : Guest Advisor Classification : Non-Exempt Job Type: PT-FT Availability Location: New Mexico Reports To: Store Manager, Assistant Retail Store Manager, Shift Lead Collaborates With: Cannabis Experts, and the Public Guest Advisors are responsible for creating positive rapport with guests. This position involves performing routine clerical, secretarial, and administrative duties. Must be passionate about Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. - Greet guests with a welcoming demeanor and check appropriate forms of identification. - Has an upbeat attitude and customer service demeanor. - Suggest accurate product recommendations based on guest interest. - Experience in high volume cash handling and POS systems. - Applying and understanding first in and first out principles to inventory - Showcase precision with data reporting through POS systems. - Handle high stress situations, ambiguity and changing priorities. - Multitask and quickly prioritize tasks. - Handles guest de-escalation with tactical empathy and compassion. - Maintain guest information in the POS system. - Answer telephone calls, provide pertinent company information to the caller and retrieve messages for the appropriate personnel. - Help to ensure the store and bathroom are stocked, clean and in operational order. - Perform related clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing. - Assist with additional store opening and closing duties as directed by the management team. - Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest information. - Comply with all policies regarding confidentiality and non-disclosure. - Follow policies and procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state medical and cannabis

Job Requirements:
