Job Description:
We are a medical cannabis company that serves patients throughout the state. Our facility is located in the Bozeman area. We are looking for a hard working, honest, and dependable employee to work on our grow team. No experience required, but prior experience may lead to higher starting pay. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS JOB IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO MAKE A CAREER OUT OF GROWING MARIJUANA.
- Work schedule will include some weekends, this is non-negotiable. Exact schedule TBD.
- Position covers cloning, transplanting, mixing nutrients, watering, defoliating, Integrated Pest Management, and harvesting.
- Must have good hygiene to protect the grow from microbials and bacteria.
- Key attributes for success: ability to show up for work consistently and on time, excellent communication skills and ability to listen and follow instructions, honesty and integrity, desire to learn how a successful cannabis company works, hard worker.
