Grower -Cannabis

· Competitive pay starting at $16.00-$18.00/hour based on experience! Propogation experience a plus. · Work closely with Cultivation Management and other Supervisors regarding all elements of cultivation and production; · Maintains a proficient knowledge of plant diseases, insects and fungi, Identifying mold, powdery mildew, spider mites, root aphids, fungus gnats, etc. · Keeps flower strain specific as well as license specific, med/rec. · Records waste and dispose properly · Checks flower quality to ensure standards are being met. · Monitors curing, burping, drying techniques · This job operates in an outdoor and warehouse environment.
