Grow Assistant

Non-Exempt/Full-time (~40 weekly hours) Collaborates With: Head Grower, Director of Cultivation, Harvest Manager, Dry/Cure Manager, Facility Maintenance Responsibilities/Essential Functions: Routine daily tasks include hand-watering, transplanting, pruning, spraying, room/row turnovers/sanitation, container washing, work area and facility cleanliness, and moving plants throughout the facilities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Work a 35-45 hour work week including holidays, weekends, snow days, etc based on need. Consecutive scheduled days off not always possible. Preferred Qualifications: Computer Preferred Qualifications: Physical and Emotional Requirements: Assistant Growers will work forty to forty-five hours a week in shifts occurring every day of the year: Holidays, weekends, snow days, etc. Compensation - DOE; 35-45 hours/wk., Required Mon – Sun (depending on final schedule), some holidays and weekends, 8:00am to 5:00pm
