Our Company: We are a hemp and cannabis growing operation seeking an "experienced" Cultivation Director and Greenhouse Specialist to join our dynamic team. Mandatory requirements: - Greenhouse Light Depo operations - Hemp Cannabis growing expert - Experience growing Auto-flower strains - Greenhouse expert with cannabis plants - Management skills MS Word Excel skill - Must live in San Diego or Orange County Company Role: As the Cultivation Director, you will be responsible for daily greenhouse operations of several Light depo greenhouses, including utilizing your knowledge of: automated watering and fertigation equipment including RO and Dosatron equipment operation is a MIUST. Experience in cannabis nursery and cultivation protocols, soil and nutrient needs and products, IPM light deprivation, and basic greenhouse staff management and direction. Job Description: Plan and manage labor crew. Daily and weekly activity updates. Manage nursery set up and production. SOPs, and grow cycle SOP’s (from clones and seeds, to cannabinoid testing protocols, through harvest. Manage drying and storage operations, manage greenhouse cultivation staff. Monitor inventory lists, Manage supplies and equipment on a daily basis., Must have experience in greenhouse VPD and ventilation systems for proper cultivation and breeding conditions. Daily, weekly communication with company owners and operators. Position Details: This is a full time position at our greenhouse facility in Valley Center, CA./San Diego County.
