At Element 7, we are building one of California's largest retail cannabis footprints. With licensed dispensaries across the State, we are very focused on educating patients and customers, having a local voice and footprint, impacting social justice and reform, and building a diverse and winning team. We are hiring a new General Manager for our newest retail store opening in Rio Dell. The General Manager will be responsible for managing the Rio Dell retail team (reporting into the CEO / Chief Retail Officer of Element 7), daily opening and closing procedures, local systems management, ensuring excellent customer service, local micro-marketing efforts, maintaining excellent relationships with City Officials and key stakeholders, and helping to build a local voice and footprint for the business that is unique to the local market.
