As we are a small company, the below duties are listed to help inform you of the job, and are not all inclusive. - Cleaning Tasks - Watering - Pruning - Filling pots with dirt, transplant - Mixing nutrients - Waste destruction - Cleaning grow rooms - Harvesting - "Knockdown" buds off of stem - Assisting cultivation management in other areas You will be part of a highly productive team responsible for managing a perpetual harvest cycle. While we are seeking individuals with experience, your openness to learning and using our cultivation methods is important. We expect many individuals to apply for this position.
