Freelance Journalist

We are a Black Owned Digital Media Platform covering any and everything cannabis related in New Jersey. My brother and I founded this company in 2017 and now that cannabis has been legalized in NJ, we're doing this full time. In 3 short months, we're already secured multiple partnerships with national brands and we're looking to start scaling our business. With that said, we need someone who can take us to the next level from a content perspective. We're looking for someone with tremendous upside & growth potential. We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn more about the cannabis industry, can take direction and fit in with our brand. We're survivors of the "War on Drugs" and advocates for minorities who are trying to get into the cannabis industry. We focus on educating the community by attending and hosting events, and we're looking for an intern that can write amazing content, as well as create hip, captivating articles/blogs that will show our personality & culture. While this is an internship, we're looking for someone who can grow with us and be our full time videographer. In full disclosure, you will not make much money in this gig for the first 6-12 months, as we'll still getting our feet on the ground, but if you're passionate about what you do and can see the forest through the trees, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for you.
