Job Description:
Under the direction of the CFO, the Financial Analyst is responsible for providing analytical tools and data to the organization to predict future performance; and to help advise the company on its financial strategy.
 - Analyzes and reports business and financial data.
 - Creates financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision making.
 - Develops financial plans and reports for organizational leaders.
 - Analyzes and reports company KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and makes recommendations based on those results.
 - Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations based on those trends.
 - Evaluates capital expenditures and depreciation.
 - Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data. Performs as a power-user of FinancialForce, our ERP software.
 - Complies with audit requests and aides in the research and resolution of audit issues.
 - Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.

 - Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, business or economics
 - Minimum 2-4 years of financial analysis history
 - MBA and/or valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred but not required
 - FinancialForce ERP experience is preferred but not required
 - Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, preferred.
 - Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
 - Project Management experience preferred.

 - Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to assist wide-ranging customer base.
