Farm Worker

- Stays on task and manages time effectively. - Applicants must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit, or the ability to get one before starting. - Open availability to work up to 12 hours per day, 7 days a week. - Reliable transportation is required, as well as the ability to lift 30lbs repeatedly when needed. - Ability to stand, sit, climb, twist, and kneel up to 12 hours/day. - Ability to perform repetitive movements with your hands. - Ability to work in climates with varying temperatures. - Health, Dental, and Vision insurance. - Paid time off. - FSA accounts. - EAP (employee assistance program). - Oregon Saves (retirement savings account).
