Facility Maintenance Manager

Cannaseur’s Choice is a Tier 3 cannabis producer/processor looking for a new full-time team member. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to the market, driven by sustainable cultivation and packaging, with four brands total. We believe in the power of cannabis as a positive force in society. We work hard and we enjoy the work we do. We are currently looking to hire a talented and experienced Facility Maintenance Manager. Full-time preferred but will consider 20-30 hours/week. Pay rate is $35/hour. · Perform maintenance and light repairs in offices, cultivation rooms and warehouse · Understanding of A/C and dehumidification · Undertake light installation or carpentry (e.g. build cabinets) · Perform demolition work · Repair equipment, machinery and appliances · Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs · Create schedules for maintenance on facility and equipment · Fabricate fixes for repairs · Intermediate to advanced skills with tools · Understanding of grow room environmentals · Keep facility clean and organized · Maintain a clean and organized work environment · Maintain daily compliance with Company policies · Operate with integrity and honesty · Perform any other duties as assigned · Must have dependable transportation · Must have referrals · Must have a positive and solution based mentality · Trustworthiness · Work with a sense of urgency · Reliable attendance · Positive do-anything attitude · Great communicator · Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time · Must be 21+ · Background check will be run pre-hire, if we determine you are otherwise qualified for the position · Must be able to work in a highly regulated industry and follow its rules · Health insurance · Dental insurance · 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday or as needed ·
