Job Description:

The Facility Team Member maintains a variety of different types of machinery and equipment like HVAC, electricity, plumbing and occasionally janitorial maintenance. While performing the duties of this job, this position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing, as well as frequently lift and/or move items over 75 pounds. Ability to work occasionally in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain. Must be able to work flexible hours. As an associate of Tryke Companies, you will be offered benefit programs that include medical and dental insurance, vision, and paid time off (PTO) and holidays. - Prepares accurate records and logs of all equipment in the facilities in compliance with all Local, State and Federal regulations. - Perform minor and major repair of all mechanical systems and equipment throughout the property. - Perform preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis. - Perform minor electrical maintenance to include but not be limited to replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g. wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power and specialty tools. - Perform plumbing and irrigation systems maintenance. - Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles, etc.) - Prepare the surfaces and paints various structures and equipment (e.g. walls, refrigerators, evaporative coolers, floors, roofs, doors, restroom facilities, etc.) to maintain a safe, comfortable working environment using various painting equipment and related

Job Requirements:

tools (e.g. sprayers, rollers, brushes, thinners, etc.) - Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas. - Inspect belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.; Clean and inspect boiler; treats water with proper chemicals. - Perform repairs or replaces broken parts; Performs touch up and finish painting. - Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures. - Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required. - Maintain OSHA requirements for worker safety. - Assist in receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations in accordance with operating policies and procedures. - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements; advise management on needed actions. - Safeguard cultivation operations and contents by assisting security personnel with safety and security awareness, procedures and protocols. - Continually pursues educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge. - Become familiar with the design and layout of the facilities; learn the locations of installed environmental control and monitoring systems and equipment; and understand operating procedures relating to environmental controls. - Maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, engines, pumps, belts, fans, air handling units, filters, VAV and fan powered boxes.
