We’re seeking a highly motivated individual that wants to be part of a quickly growing start-up and an even faster growing industry. - Keeping track of production numbers and client/vendor orders through daily logs (i.e. inventory tracking/ product tracking) - Keeping the entire area and all equipment clean and operational - Troubleshooting any errors and taking preventative actions to avoid production delay - Making sure that materials are extracted in the proper order using the number system - Handling biomass in terms of transferring, grinding, and filling up socks as needed - Communicating effectively and clearly with all other employees and supervisors - Keeping track of supplies and being proactive about requesting order(s) of operating supplies (supplies required for operations) before they run out to avoid production delay - Using all required personal protective equipment and following all precautionary procedures - Floating to other departments, areas, shifts, or duties as needed and/or specified by supervisor(s) *Qualifications: - Troubleshooting capabilities and good critical thinking skills showcased through (a) direct experience(s) - The ability to lift heavy weights repetitively for twelve hours (12 hrs) or more a day - The ability stand for twelve hours (12 hrs) or more a day - The ability to access and read pressures and recognize points within a system evidenced by related experience - A basic understanding of cannabis extraction processes preferred
