Job Description:
The Executive Assistant & Office Administrator’s primary role is to ensure that everything within the multiple businesses is running smoothly. This role will be heavily involved in meetings, scheduling, email handling & responding, office management, and other related tasks to ensure that leadership’s time is being maximized for critical projects. You will be working directly with the owner and management team on a daily basis. Must be willing to adjust their schedule accordingly and as needed by the company. There may be some opportunities to work from home, and travel if needed.
Personal liaison and first point of contact filter for owner
Conserves executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and initiating telecommunications
Work closely with the team at these companies to schedule events, meetings, and ensure that time is being properly managed
Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
Managing projects to be sure things are being completed on time
Ability to run errands to optimize efficiency
Coordinating travel & event accommodations
Spreadsheets and Presentations
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems
Recording and transcribing meetings, discussions
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Organizing schedule to accommodate personal commitments including travel
Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results
Maintains office supply inventory; placing and expediting orders and verifying receipt of supplies
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s
Job Requirements:
instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques
Passionate about cannabis and the cannabis industry, industry experience preferred
Previous experience with executive assistant and/or office assistant duties
Three to five years of administrative experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Professional-level verbal and written communication skills
Ability to confidently use modern computer systems, such as Google Docs, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong digital organizational skills; ability to manage files effectively and efficiently
Reliable transportation

Self motivated problem solver & willingness to ask for help when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
