We're seeking an energetic ERP Implementation Coordinator to assist the support team in implementing and maintaining project plans. You will take the initiative in ensuring implementation lifecycle timelines are being met, coordinate with teams to provide updates, maintain project objectives, and ensure that customers are aware of all project goals and time frames.

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and project schedules
- Work closely with integration specialists on each project to ensure task/project

- Cannabis Industry experience a plus
- ERP Odoo software familiarity preferred
- Bachelor’s degree; preferably in IT or similar
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in project management systems and tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in owning projects from start to finish and delivering results that align with project goals
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
