We are creating a Sanctuary for All! Sanctuary Medicinals in Littleton, MA is looking to assemble an elite packaging squad to join our 150+ person strong team. We are located on 234 Taylor Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and can crush daily production goals. OVERVIEW Our product is proving to be in HIGH demand and we need a team of master packagers to keep up with that demand! Ideal candidates will be hard working, friendly and able to maintain a professional work environment. BENEFITS PTO, PSL, Health , Vision and Dental, OT and 1.5x holiday pay, 50% discount at 90-days forward! PAY RATE $17 per hour after you complete your training and once you maintain consistent production (typically achieved by day 30). RESPONSIBILITIES Scoop, weigh and package: crumble, shatter, sauce, rocks and space dust (other products as assigned) ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS *Maintain regular on time attendance *Lift up to 50 pounds up and down stairs *Read small print on packages *Sit and stand for extended periods of time while performing repetitive hand and wrist motions *Perform basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplication and division) *Maintain required PPE (masks, hairnets, scrubs) as provided *Work well with others and maintain professional boundaries *Work in a factory that has loud noises and smells (rubbing alcohol) *Read, retain and execute on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) *Work in a factory that may have airborne irritants (kief) *Seek guidance from a supervisor when/if I have any issues with work or co-workers *Be flexible in my job functions WE ARE A PROUD EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERS Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays.
