Our team is looking for a positive ,dedicated greeter to ensure that all LCB rules and regulations are followed while giving our guests a customer service experience that will make them feel special. The Door Greeter position allows access to buildings and patrols assigned areas to ensure protection of the company's staff, visitors, property and equipment. You will be responsible for monitoring the business premises for suspicious activity and act accordingly when you encounter actions that are unlawful or against store policy. The ideal candidate will be able to strike a balance between being friendly and authoritative depending on the situation. Must be comfortable with confrontations and experienced with de-escalation techniques. Responsibilities: Monitor the entrance of vehicles or people on the property. Secure all exits, doors and windows after end of operations. Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences. Remains alert for the presence of unauthorized persons and/or security code violators; approaches suspicious person and/or notifies police as appropriate. REQUIREMENTS : Communicate effectively with others both orally and in writing. High School diploma is required. Must be able to pass a drug screening, background check and reference check.
