Job Description:

- Achieve retail store sales and targets. - Engages and retain best in class talent - Execute all Retail Store strategies and initiatives - Creates the ideal customer experience by scheduling the right people, in the right place, at the right time to maximize top line sales and optimize payroll costs - Work with operations, loss prevention and compliance teams to achieve operational excellence and strong shrink controls. - Works with senior leadership and HR on succession planning to build deep core teams - Has full P&L responsibility for their area - Responsible for all store activity including personnel, operations, visual merchandising, sales, KPIs, and the customer experience - Lead by example at all times; being a proactive role model, mentor, and coach for the team - Promote employee morale by creating an enjoyable, challenging, and rewarding work environment - Maintaining a team of industry-passionate and customer service-focused employees - Ensure customer retention and satisfaction by culminating a customer experience that is supported by product knowledge, education and high service standards - Must be 21 years of age or older - Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. - Selected candidate will be required to complete a post offer, pre-employment background check potentially with the local law enforcement. - Passionate and knowledgeable about Cannabis/retail - BA/BS – Business or Communications (preferable)or minimum of 5 years of applicable or commensurate experience in a similar level role - Experience with a proven track record in leading large retail and independent selling organizations - Exceptional knowledge & experience of industry market trends, competitors & customer strategies - Resource Development

Job Requirements:
