Job Description:

- Responsible in partnership with dispensary leadership to meet or exceed all financial targets, and execute all retail strategies and initiatives - Lead the leadership team: motivate, coach and strengthen store managers as team leaders, retail operators and business owners. Partner with senior leadership & HR for succession planning to build bench strength. - Serve as a resource: provide expertise on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations and company policies and procedures. - Develop strategies to achieve each store’s financial, operational and customer-service goals, while addressing each store’s unique strengths and challenges. - Work with executive managers and operations teams to maintain operational excellence and efficiency, meet retail goals, set best-in-class store experience and exhibit strong shrink controls. - Provide feedback for employee development, sales opportunities, and organizational improvements. - Maintain visual standards across all retail operations, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting and general maintenance. - Develop and maintain budgets. Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are tracked and achieved on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Create reports, analyze and report data, such as store sales, units per sale, and sales per hour. - Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health and safety. - Maintain integrity of all confidential information. Takes initiative and ensures all tasks and responsibilities are handled. - Champion for the company (mission & core values) - Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all business interactions - Able to navigate the state / local compliance requirements governing cannabis companies and stay up to date with new regulations.
