Job Description:

Responsible in partnership with dispensary leadership to meet or exceed all financial targets, and execute all retail strategies and initiatives

Lead the leadership team: motivate, coach and strengthen store managers as team leaders, retail operators and business owners. Partner with senior leadership & HR for succession planning to build bench strength.

Serve as a resource: provide expertise on key customer issues, team staffing and management, store operations and company policies and procedures.

Develop strategies to achieve each store’s financial, operational and customer-service goals, while addressing each store’s unique strengths and challenges.

Work with executive managers and operations teams to maintain operational excellence and efficiency, meet retail goals, set best-in-class store experience and exhibit strong shrink controls.

Provide feedback for employee development, sales opportunities, and organizational improvements.

Maintain visual standards across all retail operations, including merchandise presentation, signage, lighting and general maintenance.

Develop and maintain budgets. Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are tracked and achieved on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis. Create reports, analyze and report data, such as store sales, units per sale, and sales per hour.

Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health and safety.

Maintain integrity of all confidential information. NDA required.

Responsible for legal compliance as related to METRC (Marijuana Enforcement Tracking Reporting & Compliance), including but not limited to city, state, and local requirements.

Able to navigate the state / local compliance requirements governing cannabis companies and stay up to date with new regulations. Proficient in METRC, the State Track and Trace software

At least 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role (building and leading successful retail sales teams and multiple locations)

21 years of age or older

Possess or willing to obtain an OLCC marijuana workers permit, and comply with all OLCC and company regulations and company policies

Computer proficiency in Google Suite (Drive / Sheets / Docs) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat).

Position is based in Oregon (Bend or Portland preferred)
