Job Description:
The Distribution Technician is responsible for performing all day-to-day warehousing and inventory activities throughout the facility. The Distribution Technician reports to team leads and the Manager, Distribution, executes daily task plans set by management, maintains a clean, healthy and safe work environment, and ensures the company's quality standards are met. Tasks include receiving, stocking, picking and packing orders and inventory.

Performing daily maintenance checks to ensure equipment and vehicles are operating correctly
Performing all day-to-day distribution tasks to the standards set by management
Taking sets of instructions from management and executing properly
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Meeting work deadlines set by management and team leads
Sorting and organizing supplies
Consolidating and prepping inventory for delivery
Adhering to all SOPs provided by team leads and management
Cleaning and sanitizing work areas
Basic Qualification
Past forklift and stocking equipment experience required
Minimum of one year working in a GMP or food manufacturing setting
Regular and punctual attendance is required
Proficient in the use of ladders, power-tools, standard electrical tools
Ability to read and utilize technical drawings and operations manuals
Able to respond to urgent facilities requests in a timely manner
Ability to work a variable hour schedule including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Being a self-directed problem solver
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have valid Class C Driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be 21 years or older
