Dispensary Manager

Sunrise is a patient focused vertically integrated cannabis business bringing together the experience of seasoned operators and strong local partners with deep community ties. One of our primary objectives is to improve patients’ quality of life every day by providing them with access to a range of high quality products at affordable prices. The Dispensary Manager will ensure compliance with local regulations and laws. We are looking for talented leaders to oversee our Kansas City location. This role will be key to creating and maintaining the organizational values of Sunrise ensuring all procedures and processes are followed, driving responsible financial performance and fostering a team focused on providing exceptional customer service. Oversee and monitor weekly auditing and reporting requirements Provide support for all dispensary employees (including schedules, training, policy and procedures and facility maintenance). Protect Sunrise assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, compliance and loss prevention Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience Must be able to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends 3 years prior retail management experience including P & L responsibilities Benefits: Schedule: 10 hour shift Work Location: One location
