Dispensary Agent

- Follow established policies for sales and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains - Help customers make the right choices by knowing how different methods of cannabis consumption affect our patients differently - Accurate use and maintenance of the Point Of Sale (POS) system - Maintenance of an organized and clean store - Maintenance of open communication with the management team and other coworkers - Reporting of employee issues or patient situations - Provide any necessary support to the management team to ensure retail store operations run smoothly, properly and in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations, including: daily activities, maintenance, and patient information for any reported issues and/or complaints - High School Diploma or equivalent - Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and the natural function of the endocannabinoid system in the human body - Ability to use standard office equipment, computer equipment and software - Ability to work effectively with employees, management, and patients - Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry, personnel law, safety regulations, local municipal codes and organizational rules, regulations, directives and standard operating procedures - Must obtain a State Agent Card - Must be a minimum of 21 years of age - Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry - Must pass all required background checks and drug screen - Must be able to available to work hours of operations; 7 days a week between the hours
