Dispensary Agent

The Dispensary Agent ensures that each customer is treated with respect while at Harmony of MA and that each customer receives the appropriate amount of individualized attention in order to address his/her specific needs and questions. The Dispensary Agent is responsible for supporting the General Manager with the day-today operations of the facility in accordance with all applicable state laws and CCC regulations. Dispensary Agents responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Maintaining a clean, safe, healthy, and productive environment ensuring that customers have a positive experience at Harmony of MA - Answering customer questions regarding products including, but not limited to, flowers, concentrates, tinctures, edibles, and understanding individual customer goals - Being knowledgeable of strains and various types of products offered by Harmony of MA - Maintaining of a well-stocked and beautifully merchandised dispensary - Executing/enforcing compliance with CCC regulations and Harmony of MA policies and procedures - Understanding sales transactions using a POS software system - Maintain store security including building security and the security of all company assets - Reconciling cash from sales transactions, sales reports, and other forms of task management daily - Participating in ongoing education and professional development as required This is intended to describe the general requirements for the performance of this role.
