Dispatcher - Full-Time

Nice Guys Delivery is a service dedicated to educating and guiding our members about the validated benefits of cannabis. We curate and deliver cannabis to our valued customers throughout Marin County and beyond. Our exceptional team consists of a diverse group of customer service, office administration and inventory specialists. We are a tight-knit group of fun, caring, individuals that strive to make sure that cannabis gets to those in need of relief. Our Dispatchers are an essential part of our business, and often the first interaction our customers have with Nice Guys Delivery. We expect that you will take an active interest in staying informed of relevant industry news, be familiar with our rotating product offerings and brands, and will share your passion and expertise with our customers. You are responsible for a wide range of activities related to providing customer support and coordinating the delivery of orders. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) In order to be considered for the position, Candidates must fulfill the following minimum qualifications: Minimum qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service Skilled communicator/customer service We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision and, after one year a 401K retirement plan; we also offer a discount on our products and our vendors generously share samples with our team.
