Sunderstorm is looking for a Dishwasher to clean gummy production equipment, working surfaces, and maintain general facility cleanliness. Dishwashing duties will include cleaning the production machines, gummy molds, beakers, and cooking utensils. In terms of keeping the production floor clean, this would entail daily tasks such as: taking out garbage/recycling, disposing of gummy waste, sweeping and mopping the production floor. This position is repetitive and includes standing for long periods of time and lifting 50+ lbs multiple times a day.
As part of our team, this individual will have a positive attitude, a strong desire to develop within this rapidly growing operation and be a part of our company culture. Dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.

- Check sanitizer ppm levels regularly
- Set up/break down floor mats and floor dryers
- Mop and/or squeegee floors to keep clean
- Wash, Dry, and Restock all equipment that is used in production
- Keep dish station clean and organized
- Communicate with department leads about dish priorities
- Great communication skills, positive attitude, trustworthy, dependable, accountable for own actions, motivating team members, able to delegate minor tasks, and able to receive constructive criticism.

- Must have excellent manual dexterity
- Must be age 21 or over - MA residency with valid ID is required
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Up to date food handler’s certification preferred
- Preferred but not required experience in the cannabis industry, in leadership position, production facilities, or restaurants.
- Previous assembly line, production, and/or professional cooking experience preferred
- Basic telephone application skills (messaging via telegram)
- Basic personal computer skills including email, word processing, etc
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting bins
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
