Cookies Retail is a preferred global retail partner of Cookies that will be opening and operating store across the US and beyond.
This is a key role for the and is an integral part of Cookies Retail long-term growth strategy.
In this critical role, the qualified individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of Cookies’s retail store expansion strategy and will focus on delivering consistency in the customer experience as well as an integrated omni-channel customer experience. This role will require strong partnership with key leaders across the company in the areas of, marketing, visual merchandising, supply chain operations, and Technology.

- Provide inspirational leadership and direction to direct report team and ensure the continued development and management of a professional and efficient retail organization.
- Cultivate strong and transparent working relationships across the organization, ensuring open communication about the measurement of financial, programmatic and giving impact performance against stated milestones and goals.
- Lead with compelling strategic vision that is in alignment with the Company’s short and long-term goals and strategic plan.
- Clearly creating a retail strategy, engaging key stakeholders and executing on a plan that is in alignment with Cookie’s long-range plan to drive revenue and increase market share. This will include developing strategic and operational plans for the team, managing execution, measuring and delivering results.
- Constantly monitor the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend strategies and tactics

- Directly responsible for the strategic and operational plan to support global retail expansion, inclusive of short-term and long-term business and financial goals in support of Cookie’s strategic plan for growth.
- Partner closely with Compliance team to ensure all regulations by State are adhered to.
- Identify opportunities, develop strategies, present recommendations and implement programs that will enhance retail store operational effectiveness and service strategies that differentiate Cookies from competitors by being a preferred lifestyle retailer and community outpost.
- Liaise between Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology and Supply Chain Operations to ensure product and service are meeting and exceeding customer expectations; collaborate and influence relationships across departmental lines and the field to maximize sales.
- Partner with Creative and Brand Marketing to ensure in-store assets are created in tandem with product releases and support the overall marketing strategy and execution plan; additionally, work with internal stakeholders on creating a seasonal creative calendar to support store needs globally and that is inclusive of on-site community events.
- Work with Human Resources to create a scalable and standardized policies and procedures that support the growth of the direct retail business and continued safety of Cookie’s customer.
- Operate with strong business acumen and share accountability for overall profitability for all Cookie’s retail stores.
- Develop and mentor the next generation of exceptional leadership talent for our growing retail organization.

- Passion for and knowledgeable about Cannabis
- Passion for Cookies Culture
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of combined business, project management, team leadership and retail operations e
