- Äkta cannabis-infused products manufacturing producing solventless extracts and edibles - Hava Gardens, the largest living soil cultivation facility in Colorado - High Q, which operates four Retail Marijuana Stores in Snowmass Village, Carbondale, Silt and Parachute - Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative - Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department - Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals Seeking a Director of Marketing to lead all our marketing and advertising activities from brand development, social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. - Craft marketing strategies and implement marketing plans to boost brand awareness and expand market share - Manage all marketing messaging, including advertising, social media, web pages, SEO, promotional materials, promotional events and all communications to ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts - Assist with the design of new products, brands, positioning and pricing strategies - Coordinate with sales team - Prepare and manage quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department - Work experience in a leadership capacity in consumer products marketing – cannabis industry experience a plus but not a requirement - Experience running successful marketing campaigns - Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals - Analytical mind - BSc or MSc in marketing or relevant field - Salary commensurate with experience and references - Bonuses - Paid Time Off - Group Medical, Dental, Vision - Life insurance - 401(k) Plan - Company Discount Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits:
