Job Description:

Cure Solutions provides day to day management of various cannabis investor groups in Pennsylvania, Colorado, Oklahoma and Ohio. Position Summary The Director of Human Resources provides leadership, direction and guidance to Executive Management and Regional Director Leads for each business unit, regarding numerous human resources functions. The Director of Human Resources is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals, in addition to managing various internal human resources system(s) and administrative functions for each business unit. Essential Functions Benefits Administration - Defines benefits policies for all employees - Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments within the HRIS system to provide carriers with accurate eligibility information for each business unit.. - Assists employees regarding benefits claim issues and plan changes;Distributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility;Enrolls employees with carriers and processes life status changes;Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries. - Processes and administers all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal LOA, disability and FMLA. - Effectively interprets FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities. - Responds to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees relating to enrollments, plan changes, contribution amounts, rollover and disbursement requests. Manages the annual catch-up contribution enrollment, compliance testing, form 5500, SARS report distribution

and ensures timely bi-weekly contributions are made within IRS guidelines. - Perform and initiate all aspects of open enrollment to ensure plan(s) meet business unit needs and PPACA compliance. - Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges for accountants, when necessary. - Ensures accuracy, maintenance and annual requirements of Health Savings Accounts for employees for each applicable business unit - Perform/Administer all functions of Workers Compensation including but not limited to: annual audits, rewenals, FROI, OSHA compliance, Return to Work Status, monitor Mod Rates, Work Duty Assignments, Lost Time, interface with attorneys on claim settlements, construct cost containment programs when applicable. Payroll Administration - Performs bi-weekly payroll, including review of payroll registers for FLSA accuracy, various payroll deductions and benefit calculations, make necessary adjustments. - Calculates separation payouts, including lump sum leave payouts, PTO payouts, and final benefit calculations. - Complete and respond to various government and other agency requests including: BLBS, Tax Levy’s, Income Withholding Orders, VOEs, Garnishments, EEO-1, Unemployment Separation Requests and all other required notices. - Reviews Status Change Forms and implements changes to reflect proper change dates and labor distribution, including retroactive pay calculations. - Respond to IRS, local and state tax agencies for monthly, quarterly and annual filing discrepancies. - Review and finalize annual form W2 for accuracy and completeness. - Review and finalize forms 1094C and 1095C for applicable business units. Recruitment and Training - Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. - Collaborates with Regional Directors to identify and draft/maintain standardized, accurate and up-to-date job descriptions and hiring
