Digital Marketing Manager

Digital Marketing Manager Biosync Industries is a cannabis/hemp company (CBD and CBG) located in the Umpqua valley near Roseburg and about an hour south of Eugene. Currently we specialize in top shelf boutique smokable flower but have some other products we would like to launch this fall. Our team could really use a digital marketing ninja to manage our online retail operations and potentially oversee our entire marketing division in time. Our mission in this company is to help people, repair our ecosystems and have a rad time doing it! ** This position can be remote, but you will need to travel to the farm from time to time ** Compensation is negotiable but will be a combination of base pay plus commissions on monthly sales ** For the right person this can be a part time gig that expands into full time What you would be doing: · Managing our website and overseeing our next phase build out plans, · Managing our social media networks (content development, copy writing and research) · Overseeing our retail supply chain and vendors · Overseeing brand ambassador relations · Managing order fulfillment and logistics · Working with the owner on art direction and R&D research/projects · Product branding oversight Useful skills we would be super stoked on: · Image, music and video editing/creation · Website SEO experience · Adspace management · Squarespace and Shopify experience · Marketing research and strategy development/execution · A passion or interest in Cannabis or Biology/Ecology/Chemistry · Coding skills would be epic, but not required · Self direction and ability to learn new skills · Ambition and Passion. We need a go-getter with some energy! · Attention to details · Spanish skills would be a bonus · A degree and work experience is rad, but we also recognize mad skill
