We have an outstanding collection of edible brands including Mr. Moxey’s, Journeyman and SPOT. botanica products are now distributed in regulated channels in California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Massachusetts as well as being available in CBD-only format in natural food channels and Direct-To-Consumer nationwide. We are looking for a scrappy, independent, self-starting and energetic designer/marketer to work across our suite of cannabis & wellness brands. Half of the role will be focused on design of digital assets, print and web content. The other half will be junior level brand management and marketing, with tasks related to copywriting, social media, social justice initiative support and other aspects of digital platform maintenance. You will work closely with a larger team that includes executives and other stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will be based in the Seattle area. Most work can be done remotely but some marketing work will require spending time in our SoDo office. Pay will be commensurate with your experience. Job Requirements:

Able to expand on pre-existing key brand assets - Handling aspects of stream file management and other tasks within Google Suite Focus 2: Brand Marketing - Developing copy and proofing content - Managing aspects of social media including planning, engagement and influencer marketing - Assisting brand managers with event planning and execution - Attend meetings/activations for our social justice initiatives with the goal of supporting amplification and actively upholding botanica’s values - Conduct routine platform updates & maintenance, such as on online menus, blog, web, etc. -Bachelor’s degree in designed related field or a minimum of 4 years design-related work experience -1 - 2 years experience in a marketing focused role -Strong skills in Illustrator, Indesign & Photoshop -Basic understanding of web design, prior experience with with HTML/CSS desired -Must have prior experience with print design, familiarity with dielines/packaging a plus but not required -Photo/video experience is a plus but not required -Demonstrated understanding of social media, branding and product marketing principles -Extremely strong communication skills, both verbal and written -Comfortable working independently with minimal direction from managers -Capable of multi-tasking and working within a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Benefits: - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off Schedule: - Monday to Friday Work Location: - One location Work Remotely: - No
