Job Description:

Lume. Cannabis Co. is seeking a reliable Delivery Specialist to distribute products promptly to our customers, who will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Transport product between Lume. Cannabis Co. facilities and customer residence
- Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and ensure that all appropriate signatures are obtained in a timely manner
- Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
- Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries, ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner
- Meet/exceed delivery targets and be detailed to ensure accuracy of items being delivered
- Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures, following DOT regulations and safety standards
- Stay up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service
- Educate patients about a variety of cannabis products including flower, edibles, and concentrates, providing information on cannabis products based on patient needs/requests
- Advising patients on proper safety measures to follow when consuming cannabis
- Maintain and use completely and accurately (POS) and METRC systems for all in-store, online, and phone orders
- Handle completely and accurately cash and discount application
- Verify proper ID of all customers, maintain and keep confidential all patient records and documentation
- Practice safe driving and cash handling
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints
- Complete daily logs and necessary reports

- Execute high customer experience standards, to include culture and industry leading customer engagement through strong sales techniques and product knowledge
- Minimum 23 years of age –
- Minimum two years’ experience with customer service in retail
- 2 years relevant driving/delivery experience preferred
- A clean driving record and able to pass MVR Driver Background Check and maintain clean driving record throughout employment. Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Valid Chauffer License preferred
- Car insurance in your name that is state compliant
- High school degree or GED
- Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
- Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
- Previous retail cannabis experience strongly preferred
- Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer
