Job Description:

Canvast Supply Co. is dedicated to elevating this history. - ​Portraying a positive company image and engaging in professional and friendly communications with customers in person and digitally. - Manage multiple service platforms with customer interactions - Actively listening to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions. - Serving as the cashier for any in-store walk-ins or online order pickups. - Referring any customer questions regarding products or services to the appropriate person if not able to answer questions, maintaining all follow up. - Supporting team members on high volume days with high volume order fulfilment. - Resolving customer problems, such as shipping or invoicing problems, etc. - Informing customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer; printing shipment documents; recording or filing copy of order received - Following-up on all online orders to ensure safe delivery and satisfaction - provide space for customers to ask questions on the products. - Assisting team members on special projects and occasional event production. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS - Must have an appreciation for cannabis and the support it provides people/planet. - Bachelor's degree preferred - Prior experience with the general public (customers) a plus. - Excellent oral/written communication skills - Excellent customer relationship skills - Excellent organization skills - Ability to multi-task and keep
