The Cultivation Technician III position supports, measures, guides, develops, and adjusts operational efficiency on daily and weekly cultivation operations in the stocking and upkeep of a medical cannabis production system. Activities may span the entire production cycle of the plant, from propagation through harvest. The ideal candidate will excel as a team and department leader, within a medical grade horticultural environment, where attention to detail is extremely important, and the work is fast paced, physically demanding, highly regulated, and deadline-driven. This role requires understanding the responsibilities, needs, and priorities of the cultivation team and respective sub-department.
