Cultivation Technician

Our work environment includes: Responsibilities Applicants must be ready & willing to take ownership of the grow, actively learn and hold themselves to a high standard in all facets of work. Daily care of medical marijuana plants, including inspection of plants, watering, pruning and trimming. Fertilizing and providing nutrients to the plants according to cultivation protocols set forth by the Cultivation Manager. Willingness to continue to learn best practices of cannabis cultivation with a strong interest in horticulture, agriculture and grow operating systems. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills; team player. Ability to work a varied schedule as needed, including evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call.
