Cultivation Technician

Green Leaf Medical is a multi-state cultivator, processor and dispenser of medical cannabis. Our mission is to promote wellness by providing the highest quality medication to patients. We are currently seeking candidates to work in our grow facility. Laborer Tasks: - Maintain and clean cultivation areas and all cultivation equipment - Maintain grow warehouse protocols and policies - Document daily cultivation activities - Manage cannabis plants, giving each individual plant the attention, it needs via transplanting, pruning, and fertilizing with oversight from the department managers  - Cleaning various aspects of the building including but not limited to bins/dishes, room cleans in between harvests and plant moves, help with overall building sanitation - Help garden, harvest and packaging staff complete various tasks - Must be able to lift 50 lbs - Long periods of prolonged standing - Ability to communicate accurately - Must be 21 years of age - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test - Hours: 8 hour shifts - schedules are subject to change - must be flexible and have open availability - Full time benefits after 90 days Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Benefits: - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Employee assistance program - Health insurance - Paid time off - Vision insurance Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Holidays - Night shift - Weekends Experience: - General Laboring: 1 year (Preferred) - Cultivation: 1 year (Preferred) Company's website: - www.gleaf.com Benefit Conditions: - Only full-time employees eligible Work Remotely: - No
