Cultivation Supervisor

Position: Cultivation Supervisor Location: Zolfo Springs, FL. Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm Key Responsibilities: Assist in production processes for designated stages of plant growth. Maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility inside the production area, all staging areas and facility at all times, including routine cleaning and sterilization of equipment and infrastructure Cansortium Inc is a vertically integrated cultivator, processor, formulator, and retailer of Premium Cannabis Products currently operating in Florida, Pennsylvania and Texas as Fluent Cannabis, as well as in Michigan through its in-market partner. The ideal candidate will excel as a team and department leader, where attention to detail is extremely important, and the work is fast-paced, physically demanding, highly regulated, and quality is driven. This role requires understanding the responsibilities, needs, and priorities of the cultivation team and all aspects of plant production, as well as required compliance and sanitation functions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in production processes for designated stages of plant growth. Ensure plant health by pruning, toping, trimming, analyzing plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required.
