Cultivation Facility Manager

Job Title: Cultivation Facility Manager The Cultivation Facility Manager operates the company’s cultivation facility in the state. In addition to managing the smooth operation of this business unit, the Cultivation Facility Manager is the company’s local expert on cultivation. Reporting to the Regional Director, ensures that the cannabis produced meets the company’s expectations of quantity and quality and meets and exceeds the requirements set forth in regulations and law. Create and maintain a transparent, open, and cooperative working environment in which all employees understand their responsibilities and accountabilities, the responsibilities and accountabilities of their peers, and how these relate to and affect the company’s goals. Ensure that cultivation facilities are operated in a manner consistent with the company’s culture and values, above and beyond what is required by law and regulations. Ensure that all employees are properly trained in Cure SOPs Set the propagation schedule and ensure it is adhered to Set the harvest schedule and ensure it is adhered to Accountable for costs, production levels, hitting schedule The employee is frequently is required to stand for long periods of time, use hands for detailed work. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
