Corporate Trainer

PURE BRANDS is a vertically-oriented, state-licensed cannabis cultivator and retailer. We are focused on cultivating craft cannabis at scale, processing it using the techniques demanded by connoisseurs, and selling it in our PURE OPTIONS™-branded dispensaries and to other fine wholesale accounts throughout Michigan. We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team! Job Summary: This position will be responsible for managing our training and development needs as well as partnering with external resources to develop cannabis related training programs: Utilizes a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools and practices to ensure maximum learning effectiveness. Plans and implements an effective training curriculum. Develops or selects teaching aids or training materials such as training handbooks, demonstration models, visual aids, tutorials and reference works. Schedules training sessions Provides technical training to internal and external partners via virtual and live instructor environments. Monitor and test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate the effectiveness of the training. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience working as a Corporate Trainer. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Able to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences. Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Excellent leadership and team building. Excellent time management skills. Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions. Must be able to effectively read, write and speak English. May require the need to travel to other locations. Willing and able to work extended hours as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance
