Cook (2nd shift)

Quality of Products Quality of Life Quality of Community To ensure that the cook team is compounding, cooking, and depositing gummies accurately and efficiently; ensure that team is happy and stays on schedule. None. - Accurately measure ingredients dictated on compound sheet - Calibrate scales every shift - Cook and deposit gummies according to the SOPs - Clean cooker, BP machine, and all cook stations at end of shift - Update logs: Cookbook - Communicate with team members on the progress of your work - Great communication skills, positive attitude, trustworthy, dependable, accountable for own actions, motivating team members, able to delegate minor tasks, and able to receive constructive criticism. - Must be able to provide minor maintenance and adjustments to the BP deposit machine. - Must be able to time manage, multitask, organize, attention to details, and interpersonal skills. - Up to date food handler’s certificate. - Ability to stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting bins, must be able to lift up to 50lbs. - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment - Must have excellent manual dexterity - Fluency in both written and spoken English preferred - Food Handlers Certification - Must be age 21 or over - California residency with valid ID is required - High School diploma or equivalent preferred - Up to date food handler’s certification preferred - Experience in the cannabis industry, in leadership position, production facilities, or restaurants preferred - Previous assembly line, production, and/or professional
