Job Description:

The Stukel Group LLC was founded in 2012 and specializes in Construction Management and General Contracting for the following market sectors: Healthcare; Commercial; Retail, Restaurant, Cannabis, Multi-Family and Hospitality. We perform both new construction and tenant fit outs for a wide range of project sizes. We are looking for a qualified commercial estimator for our team. Candidates need to demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, dedication to providing world class service to clients, common sense leadership and results. MA CSL - Optional 10-hour or 30-hour OSHA - Optional Minimum 5 years experience as an estimator in the construction industry – Required Extensive familiarity with all phases of construction and current building code (9th edition) - Required Proficient with computer systems and programs including: MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), ProCore, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, - Required Ability to read and interpret construction drawings - Required Excellent organizational, time management and scheduling skills Strong math skills Familiarity with MEP systems Develop estimates and assemble bids/proposals for construction projects Completing take-offs for all trades Review sites and gather information for estimates for work on existing buildings Prepare subcontractor bid packages by Trade including scope delineations by trade and missing information on drawings. Ensure proper trade coverage from subcontractors Assist Project Manager with award process to subcontractors Review job spec book requirements to ensure all contingencies and specs are considered Update and maintain subcontractor contact list Review and incorporate addendums, corrections and RFI answers to final estimate Ensure subcontractor scope is accounted for in its entirety in order to deliver a
