Job Description:

We support our Team Members in their quest for excellence in service by giving them opportunities for cannabis careers and education. - We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k) with company match. - We also have an Employee Assistance Program and excellent Team Member Discounts. - Minimum 1-3 years’ compliance experience in the cannabis industry - Specific experience in cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and retail operations strongly preferred - Ability to take instruction and work independently - Excellent communication skills: face to face, over the phone and electronic communication - Prior experience and high efficiency in seed-to-sale software programs such as METRC. - Experience leading inspection and completing corrective action plans. - Experience leading training sessions - Regular and predictable attendance - Must be at least 21 years of age - Must have or be able to obtain a Marijuana Workers permit - Must have or be able to obtain a Food Handler's Card - Utilize METRC system to audit records and assist team with product creation, movement, and waste for all departments - Oversee harvest, manufacturing, testing, packaging, shipment, sales, and waste destruction activities to ensure compliance - Collect, audit and maintain required records from all departments - Monitor cameras once per day to ensure compliance - Confirm that all new packaging and labeling is compliant prior to distribution - Review marketing and advertising materials for compliance - Conduct location compliance audits quarterly - Conduct compliance training with leadership teams - Work

Job Requirements:
