POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Processing Project Manager to work with our cannabis operations processing team. This person will identify, track and analyze data while engaging the team for input and solutions. Critical skills include the following: Spreadsheet & Database Expert Superior Data Analysis skills Problem Solving & Negotiation skills Relationship building and management skills RESPONSIBILITIES This person will be responsible for understanding, tracking, communicating and analyzing process data critical to CAC. Leadership No Direct Reports however, strong influencing skills are necessary Understand roles and responsibilities of each processing area Quality & Financial Ability to create project justification and return on investment calculations People & Development Team player Leader Driven Compliance Ability to learn and understand MA laws and regulations SKILLS & ABILITIES Ability to understand critical data to track and set up processes for tracking and evaluating results Create, track and maintain 3rd party licensing relationships Forecast and coordinate 3rd party biomass purchases Plan and create, processing and data collection for contract manufacturing Assist in the development and communications of Key Performance Indicators throughout the facility Create, maintain and analyze processing data for facility Train, communicate and follow-up with team to ensure data accuracy Analyze data to assist in proactive process improvement Present data and ideas that support accurate forecasting Gather and organize processing equipment data to provide a foundation for further growth Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external customers REQUIREMENTS Must be an expert in data analysis Forward thinker Collaborative Influencer WORKING
