Prominent Growing Cultivation (Retail & Medical) looking for an experienced Growing ASSISTANT HAND Qualifications sought: *Grow experience is a must (2 years) *Great communication skills *Ability to work independently and in a team. *A willingness to learn and take on other tasks as assigned *Reliable transportation *Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment *A can do positive attitude *Must be certified in pesticide application * Flexibility to grow, harvest, de fan and trim. *Keep a clean and sterilized grow warehouse environment *Make sure all equipment is operational *This is a soil grow operation and must be able to grow in soil conditions Position will require hours standing, lifting, bending, packaging, harvesting and working with marijuana, grow ingredients and approved pesticides. Must be able to work weekends This is a full-time position with compensation allotted based on experience.
