Who we’re looking for: A seasoned technology leader with at least 10+ years managing technology teams within growth stage technology companies.
The ideal candidate not only has deep technical expertise and excellent management skills, but also has strong product vision and the ability to identify and execute innovative solutions to drive Toke’s value in the marketplace.
Create and execute Toke’s technical and product strategies, including: technology budget and resourcing, creation of new features, cybersecurity, and technological innovation / architecture
Own Toke’s product vision and roadmap, including feature delivery timeline, collaborating with the Toke’s Product Manager and leadership team to build a product development strategy that drives meaningful innovation, user adoption, and customer retention
In the long term, build a world class in-house engineering team by hiring, managing and mentoring new team members
Communicate and collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, and other key stakeholders within the company to ensure that the technology and product offerings address customer requirements and changing market dynamics
Be responsible for the successful launch of new products/features by managing scope/timelines, reviewing technical documentation, and considering resourcing needs to ensure day to day progress
